This is an example of embedding an interactive map

Note: because of security reasons, the standard inclusion of iframes as html does not work. Hence a specially-created IFRAME plugin.
The next step may be to craft a special version of this plugin which just requires a map lat/lon/scale, and fills in the rest.

The advantage of the GMAP plugin, if it gets fixed, is that you can add markers.

To gernerate most of this, go to Google Maps, select the map area, and click on the Link text. Cut and paste the text, and edit.
